Taumaihīorongo
Taumaihīorongo is a Wellness Strategy by Tūwharetoa, for Tūwharetoa.
The name and kaupapa, Taumaihīorongo is derived from our Tupuna, Ngātoroirangi's Whare Wānanga, in which he denounced his weapons and acts to War and re-dedicated his descendants to Rongo.
Over the next 6months, we will travel to all Tūwharetoa Marae to ask important questions which will form our scope of Wellness from a Ngāti Tūwharetoa perspective.
